Agreed, the sweetness is light and adds dimension the Original flavor is missing. Loved the meatiness of this brand.

I tried both the bite and strip varieties. The strips were quite nice, if not quite as chewy as I might want. Folks liking an easy to chew jerky would probably be very happy with it. (I should mention that I'm new to jerky and finding I prefer long chewing, dryer varieties.) Taste was excellent, texture was good, and I'd rate this "Good" overall. I would order it again.

I found I wasn't fond of the bites. The meat fiber length on the bites is too short for my chewing satisfaction - it felt almost crumbly and I never quite got a good "chew" going. I gave the bites an "Average" rating because of their texture.kleinworthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05647122659299356128noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9134710340137592050.post-2688169361894014122011-01-14T06:02:00.870-08:002011-01-14T06:02:00.870-08:00I tried this jerky and really like it. I found myself just smelling the bag.tpmcmhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00633307932849152854noreply@blogger.com
