Pap's Beef Jerky - Hot Thin Cut

Pap's Beef Jerky, who is one of our sponsors, has reorganized its line of jerky, with a new line of recipes. See our previous reviews of their jerky.

The four varieties now anchoring their beef jerky lineup are Mild, Hot, Blazin Cajun, and Pitmasters BBQ. Pitmasters BBQ is the only variety carrying over from the previous lineup. The words "Thin Cut" now grace Pap's beef jerky packaging, which is considerably more thin than their previous cut.

Pap's Beef Jerky originally grew from Pap's Genuine Beef Sticks. Pap's is a creation of Rick Waldon, based out of Junction City, KY. Pap's Beef Jerky is made using USDA inspected beef in a USDA inspected facility.

Divine Bovine - Tangy Teriyaki

Recently introduced into a new packaging design, this soft, moist variety of beef jerky free of preservatives with no MSG. Divine Bovine claims to have started in Southern Italy when a butcher named "Pops" discovered a great recipe and cut of meat for making beef jerky, who eventually handed it down to his grandson, who started the Divine Bovine brand.

This line of beef jerky comes in Original, Spicy Jalapeno, Tangy Teriyaki, and Hot & Tangy Teriyaki flavors.

Duck Dynasty Beef Jerky

Duck Dynasty Beef Jerky is just one of a long line of licensed products from the television show featuring long beards, camouflaged attire, and redneck hijinks.

It's actually from the Trails Best brand of jerky, which is owned and manufactured by Monogram Meat Snacks, LLC of Memphis, TN. Monogram is the maker of Wild Bill's Beef Jerky, along with dozens of other meat snack brands.

Duck Dynasty Beef Jerky comes in two flavors, this Original, and a Teriyaki. There's also a Duck Dynasty Bacon Jerky too.

Kratos Beef Bars - Ginger & Wasabi

Kratos Beef Bars, a brand of high protein meat snacks, added a new flavor, "Ginger & Wasabi".
