He married his long-time hobby, making handcrafted jerky, with his lifelong dream, owning his own business. Known for jerky with “A Braver Flavor,” Lawless Jerky offers an array of world-inspired flavors, including: Japanese Curry, Aloha Teriyaki, Sweet Sriracha, and Pho.

Audrey Claire’s COOK is Philadelphia’s leading destination for food lovers seeking an enriching dining experience. In an intimate setting, established chefs share the stories, techniques, and insider tips behind their most beloved dishes.

Sponsored by Philadelphia Magazine and Foobooz, and continually trumpeted by Yelp users, COOK is a culinary pioneer. This collaboration with Lawless Jerky figures to further that reputation, as Lawless Jerky will present several innovative flavors of beef jerky, several methods of jerky preparation, and even vegan-friendly jerky options.
